10 Scriptures To Hold Onto When Life Gets Busy

When it gets busy be rooted in God who sustains.
Psalm 1:3 That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither— whatever they do prospers.

The harvest is here Now! Don’t miss out on it!
John 4:34-35 “My food,” said Jesus, “is to do the will of him who sent me and to finish his work. Don’t you have a saying, ‘It’s still four months until harvest’? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest.

Learn to be still before our God in the middle of the busyness.
Psalm 46:10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

God has given us all we need to do the good work set before us.
Hebrew 13:20-21 Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

When you’re busy and burdened, know you can find rest in God.
Matthew 11:28-29 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Do not be anxious in what needs to get done but give thanks to God.
Philippians 4:6-7  Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Our work is not to be done alone

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10;12 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. If either of them falls down, one can help the other up...Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
